Collision production Reaches New High

Collision Week reports that production in the Collision Repair industry set a new record in May 2022. Data released from the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) covering the preliminary May collision repair employment, hours worked and wages indicated production growth on a year-over-year basis to new record high. The May result was also up 7.2% from the 7.75 million hours per week pre-pandemic peak in June 2017. The May result was up 40.9% from the pandemic low in April 2020. Collision repair is BACK!
