CREF and I-CAR partner on technician shortage

In an announcement featured in Collision Week, I-CAR announced a new partnership with the Collision Repair Education Foundation and others which is aimed at improving the industry’s chronic technician shortage. The multi-tiered initiative includes not just attracting talent to the industry, but also enhanced entry-level education efforts and programs to help Gold Class shops onboard, develop and retain talent.
