Crash Champions, AASP-MN fundraise to support collision industry educational initiatives

Crash Champions Collision Repair Team has significantly contributed to the future of the automotive repair industry. The company has donated $200,000 to the Collision Engineering Program (CEP), a two-year associate degree program that aims to address the ongoing shortage of skilled technicians. CEP combines classroom instruction with hands-on apprenticeships at collision repair facilities, providing students with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in the industry. Crash Champions’ support for CEP demonstrates its commitment to investing in young talent and ensuring the long-term health of the automotive repair industry.

In addition to Crash Champions’ initiative, the AASP-MN (Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota, Inc.) is organizing its 23rd annual “Race for Automotive Education” in February. This event serves as a major fundraiser for the Automotive Education Fund, which supports automotive students, enhances educational programs, and promotes career opportunities in the automotive service industry. Through scholarships and support for SkillsUSA competitions, AASP-MN aims to inspire the next generation of automotive technicians and ensure the industry’s continued growth.
