– One-Click Apply Feature: 25%
– Ease of Sign-In/Use: 14%

The data indicates that the cost of the application and comprehensive access to job listings are the top priorities for technicians, each garnering 31% of the votes. This suggests that technicians highly value platforms that are free and provide extensive visibility into available positions.
The “One-Click Apply” feature was the next most important factor, with 25% of respondents highlighting its significance. This underscores a preference for streamlined application processes that minimize time and effort.
Ease of sign-in and overall usability, while still important, were considered the least critical among the factors surveyed, receiving 14% of the votes. This indicates that while user-friendly interfaces are appreciated, they are secondary to cost and access to job information.

Based on these insights, the following recommendations are proposed for job search platforms aiming to attract and retain technician users:
